Time to share your love of Chemistry

Have you ever considered teaching chemistry in secondary schools? We are currently facing a national shortage of Science teachers – particularly physics and chemistry; your country really does need you!

The University of Chester, as a result of our Graduate Teacher Programme being graded ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, has been awarded additional training places by the TDA, particularly for science trainees and there are places available for September 2011.

There are two postgraduate routes:

The Graduate Teacher Programme, which funds a school to pay you as an unqualified teacher as you train.

&

The PGCE Chemistry programme - £9000 bursaries are available to successful applicants on this programme.
