The North West Fund for Energy & Environmental provides a flexible equity package for growth oriented businesses operating within the Energy & Environmental sector.
This Energy and Environmental sector represents a diverse range of products, services and processes but all have the aim to provide a superior performance at lower cost whilst greatly reducing their ecological impact. The sector spans a number of industry segments including:
* Cleaner fuel production
* Electricity or heat generation
* The transportation of heat and electricity
* The end use of energy in transport, industry and the built environment
* Water and waste water treatment
* Recycling and waste management
The North West Fund for Energy & Environmental provides finance from £200,000 to £1.2million to businesses seeking finance from £400,000 to £5million. The investment will be used to support a broad range of needs from start-up and early stage development through to expansion plans for trading businesses. The investment will be in a combination of equity or quasi-equity, as best suits the needs of the company.
