Syria - Chemicals Required to Service the Printing and Furniture Painting Industries
A local private company is interested in importing the following items into Syria:
- Butyl acetate
- Ethyl acetate
- Toluene
- Butanone (Mek)
- Acetone
- Butyl glycol(Butoxyethanol)
- Xylene
- Tetrahydrofuran (THF)
The above materials are required to service the printing and furniture painting industries in the country. The materials are used to clean drums after printing. The company is interested in long term contract: purchase of 2500 tons of that mix every 2-3 months.
Payment will be made through a letter of credit ( L/C).
British companies responding to this business opportunity and who wish to purchase the tender document should register interest with the British Embassy in Syria. They will levy a charge for obtaining the documents. UK companies will be advised of the charge in advance.
