Person Requirements

The key duties of the post are as follows:

• To help develop new products, from marketing idea to product launch
• Observe Company Regulations concerning ISO 9001 procedures and all aspects of Health & Safety
• A direct responsibility for the Housekeeping of all Laboratory areas
• Transfer of New Products into Production, including Manufacturing Methods, QC Specifications and batch supervision
• Meet raw material suppliers relevant to the current project
• Good time management & ability to work on more than one project at any one time

Other working requirements:

• This is a ‘hands on’ position and so the ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative is expected

Because of the changing nature of our business your job description will inevitably change. You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities as directed by management.
