New fast-track competitions for feasibility study funding

The is launching three competitions forinvestment in feasibility studies, inviting UK businesses to bid for ashare in 6m of funding to boost technological innovation. Theinvestment is being delivered as part of a new fast-track processdesigned to enable businesses to gain quick access to finance.Companies wishing to bid will need to respond quickly; the calls openon 1st September, 2009 and close on 1st October, 2009.
There are three separate competitions, one focusing on thegovernment's Digital Britain agenda, a second on Regenerative Medicineand a third technology-inspired call covering a range of priority areasfrom Advanced Medicines to High Value Manufacturing.
