National Skills Academy Vacancy - Training Director

The National Skills Academy is growing and has ambitious plans to position itself in the marketplace as the one stop shop for vocational skills and training needs in the Process Industries – Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Polymers, Refineries, Composites and Biotechnology.

This new role takes over from the current Skills Development Director who is moving to a Strategy Development role. The expansion of the Provider network, the need to develop a new strategy for provider relationships and the growth of the Academy’s own course portfolio has created this new and exciting opportunity.   

The existing provider accreditation process is four years old and based on a skills system and funding regime which has been through a dramatic change in the UK. Now is the time to rejuvenate and grow the network.
