With the registration deadline for the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme fast approaching, Hammonds has produced a short document that outlines the main points of the scheme, the types of organisation it affects, the timetable for its implementation and the penalties for non-compliance. The deadline for organisations affected by the scheme to register their participation is 30 September 2010. Non-compliance could result in one-off and daily fines being imposed, up to a maximum of £45,000.
