International environmental business Tradebe, which has a UK headquarters in Sandycroft, Flintshire, has acquired Britcare, the clinical waste company.

Tradebe operates internationally, both in Europe and North America, and employs more than 1,000 people. It has a turnover in excess of €200m.
Following the acquisition, Tradebe UK said it now has ten strategically located sites across the country.
Tradebe UK country manager Mark Olpin said: "We are excited about this new acquisition for Tradebe, both in terms of operating in a new and sustainable waste management sector but also with the synergy benefits available from our existing operations we will be able to offer an unrivalled range of services to the healthcare sector.
"We anticipate significant growth for this new division by being able to provide the full spectrum of waste management services to the NHS and other healthcare providers."
Tradebe was advised by Manchester law firm Pannone and Philip Treanor, head of corporate finance at the firm, said: "We have advised Tradebe UK for a number of years as they have continued to expand their operations across the UK and internationally.
"The latest acquisition is an excellent fit, both in terms of the locations and technologies that this brings to the Tradebe group."
