Member News - CRC Alert – 250 companies miss reporting deadline and may be fined
The Environment Agency has reported that the deadline to submit emissions data under the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme was missed by 254 companies.
In this latest CRC update for you (see below), we look at the consequences of missing the CRC reporting deadlines. These include a fine of £5000 and further fines of £500 per day thereafter and other reputational penalties.
