Meet potential customers in Japan from the Pharmaceutical Industry 18- 20th April 2011

The CPhI Japan exhibition in Tokyo provides the biggest shop window for outsourcing companies trying to win business in Japan’s $80 billion pharmaceutical market.  It takes place 18-20 April 2011.  The CIA, using UKTI funding and British Embassy support, is offering £1800 discounts for UK pavilion exhibitors at this prestigious event.

Any size of UK-based company can exhibit on the pavilion, which will be fully furnished with Japanese language display panels for each company.  Subject to UKTI’s usual terms and conditions, SMEs new to the event may participate on a 4 sq m allocation of space with 1 Japanese panel for a heavily discounted package rate of £400 + VAT.  Larger spaces are available at a unit price of £500 per sq m, but eligible SMEs will qualify for a £1800 discount off this price.

Seven booths on the pavilion are available which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.  Exhibitors on the UK pavilion will have, subject to availability, a presentation opportunity at a seminar venue in the exhibition hall on Monday 18 April from 15:15-16:30, interpretation service at group stand, a networking reception, discounted hotel accommodation adjacent to the exhibition site, guidance on doing business with Japanese drug companies and help in preparing Japanese language exhibition panels.  In order to cover administrative costs a supplement of £300 plus VAT will be charged per exhibitor.  For further exhibition details please visit:  http://www.cphijapan.com/ or download the form below.
