Knowledge exchange event

A joint partnership between Envirolink Northwest and the Instituteof Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) is bringing IEMA’s prestigious Knowledge Exchange event to the Northwest on the 27th January 2010 (venue tbc).  A conference, exhibition, and a series of workshops focused on the following Environmental topics “Processes, Technology, Knowledge, and Skills” are planned for the day.
 
The call for research papers for this event is now open. Envirolink is asking academics, industry and R&D performers in the North West toactively participate in the conference by presenting their research results.  Accepted papers will be published on Envirolink’s and IEMA’s websites.  

If you are interested in submitting a paper for this event, the deadline for abstracts is the 11th September 2009 (please see attached for specifications).  Abstracts should be sent to Lauren Bartles at events@iema.net.On receipt, abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of experts from academia and industry and those authors whose abstract is accepted for presentation or publication will be asked to submit full papers by 20th November 2009.
