Please find below and attached information regarding the UK pavillion at Chemspec Europe 2011  http://www.chemspecevents.com/europe/ , the European event for custom, fine and speciality chemicals professionals and end users from various industries incl biotechnology, crop protection, contract & toll manufacture, cosmetics, healthcare, pharmaceutical, water treatment and many more. 

The stand arrangement will be an attended, open island area with freestanding  light box display panels on a carpeted area.  Each exhibitor will be given 4 sq m of space (more may be available if required), table and chairs, a literature rack, one light box display panel, access to one power socket and (subject to the final layout) access to lounge facilities.  Because the stand will be open there will be no walls or overhead fascias.

The cost of exhibiting on the UK pavilion will be circa £415 per sq m.  SMEs that qualify for UKTI funding will be offered 4 sq m of free stand space or a discount of £1400 if larger areas are taken.  All exhibitors will be charged a CIA Management of £300 plus VAT regardless of the amount of space taken.

If you also wish to apply for the UKTI £1400 discount please refer to the attached terms and conditions (see below).  The application form is also attached and these need to be returned asap because only 6 grants are available for this show.  The grant applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis.  All subsequent grant forms received after the sixth one will be wait-listed.
