Cogent Vacancy for Technical Apprenticeship Company – Managing Director

Cogent are currently looking to recruit a Managing Director for the Technical Apprentice Company (TAC).  The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of setting up the new TAC and operation of the new entity to implement the project plan. The role will be based in Cogent at the Warrington office reporting to the Cogent CEO.

The purpose of the role is:

* To establish a new entity - the Technical Apprenticeship Company as part of the Cogent Group including staff recruitment and setting up of offices at Cogent HQ in Warrington

* To actively plan and deliver activities to ensure the take up of products and services offered by the TAC.

* To deliver objectives through working with a range of stakeholders including providers, employers, the National Skills Academy for the Process Industries, Sector Skills Councils, other National Skills Academies, the National Apprenticeship service and the Skills Funding Agency.
