The Outward Bound Trust is an educational charity that uses the outdoors to help develop young people. The Trust deliver sustained behavioural change and measurable business results through our collaborative approach with clients and partners. Since The Trust's foundation in 1941, over 1 million young people have been through an Outward Bound (R) course.
We are experts in the development of early talent, specialising in providing experiential learning and development programmes for apprentices and graduates. We work in partnership with our clients to identify, develop and change behaviours in line with organisational needs. The Trust?s experiential learning methodology goes beyond knowledge and theory into practical application, ensuring that our programmes continue to be relevant to society and business whilst remaining inspirational, challenging and motivational for individuals.
