Protol offers a range of contract manufacturing services for both liquids and solids. These include blending, drying, milling, flaking and pelletizing.
Blending can be carried out at high or low shear. Drying can be done at atmospheric pressure or under vacuum at temperatures up to 300 degrees C. Air classified milling allows particle sizes of around 30 microns to be achieved. Most materials can be pelletized with pellet size ranging from 3mm to 10mm. All processes can be done on a pilot scale for feasibility assessment or product
development.
