About Gillian Elwell Regulatory Compliance Services

Gillian Elwell Regulatory Compliance Services is an independent consulting and service organisation specialising in providing companies with advice and assistance to meet EU chemical supply legislation.

The consultancy was set up in January 2010 built on experience working in regulatory affairs and management systems for a multi-national chemical organisation for over 10 years.

Support is offered for industries that manufacture and/or use chemicals to comply with EU chemical regulatory requirements, such as REACH, CLP and MSDS.
For REACH, she has an excellent hands-on knowledge of the practical aspects of the legislation through having been closely involved with SIEF's, consortia and acting as lead registrant.

For (M)SDS, authoring safety data sheets in compliance with EU, NAFTA and other country requirements is offered.

For CLP/GHS, re-classification and labelling advice for substances and mixtures in line with CLP requirements.
