Following the inspirational lecture on Friday, 20th May,
‘Innovation: Charting the Territory for HR’ delivered by Professor Paul Sparrow, voted amongst the Top 15 Most Influential HR Thinkers by Human Resources Magazine and David McNerney Executive Director, Human Resources, Sellafield Limited this three full day workshop programme will continue to develop the themes it addressed.
During the workshops, delegates will develop a good understanding of how, component HR strategies need to be linked to the underlying business model to build an effective innovation strategy. In the final session we will assist you in drawing together key learning points from throughout the programme, to develop an action plan which will provide the foundations of an HR strategy for innovation for your business.
The programme is made up of a series of three full day workshops. Attendance at all three sessions is mandatory.
