Thursday 2nd December – Haydock Park Racecourse
How do you know if you are having a good day or a bad day? Do you have a robust plan in place to control your process? How do you deal with the unexpected?

It will take you step by step through production scheduling, setting expectations and measuring the outcome. You will learn how to avoid potential set backs or put actions in place to minimise their effect. You will hear how people make good processes and the importance of good communication.
