Thrive and Prosper Series - Good Day, Bad Day
Thursday 2nd December – Haydock Park Racecourse
How do you know if you are having a good day or a bad day? Do you have a robust plan in place to control your process? How do you deal with the unexpected?
This workshop will help you understand and manage your production processes. You will learn what measures are critical to your business deliverables: quality; cost; delivery. It will take you step by step through production scheduling, setting expectations and measuring the outcome. You will learn how to avoid potential set backs or put actions in place to minimise their effect. You will hear how people make good processes and the importance of good communication.
Tim Fox and Peter Ridding are highly experienced MAS Practitioners with a wealth of experience in process management and control. They will share their insight drawn from working with a vast number manufacturing businesses to improve productivity and meeting customer expectations. They will be joined by Andrew Wood, Operations Manager of Lunar Caravans who will present a case study on establishing the right visual systems to ensure the process is under control.
