Sales Masterclass - A workshop to supplement the 2010 Business Analysis Workshop Programme

A practical workshop designed to gain a deeper understanding of business-to-business (b2b) sales management, with a particular focus on the use of Key Account Management.
The workshop will take the outputs from the Business Analysis Workshop and help delegates develop skills and expertise to prepare and implement effective sales activities.
The workshop will consist of tutor input, group work, and individual work, and will include a guest speaker with particular expertise in b2b sales.
