Reclassify your mixtures under CLP
25 October, Leicester Marriott Hotel, Leicester, LE19 1SW
This workshop is designed to help those formulators who need to know more about how to classify and label mixtures under the new CLP Regulation. The day will be of particular interest to those responsible for reclassifying their existing mixtures under CLP; it will also benefit those formulating new mixtures. To get the most from this workshop you should be familiar with CHIP classification methods.
1 June 2015 may seem a long way off, but now is the time to be preparing for the changeover to CLP, especially if you think that you may need to reformulate in order to avoid classification changes.
This one-day course is designed to help you understand:
- What the key changes are to the classification criteria for mixtures
- How and when you should use the Annex VII translation table
- The intricacies of P statement selection
- Practical issues in the preparation of the new labels
There’ll be practical exercises throughout the day and we have an informal style, so questions are always welcome.
