Programme: Managing the Innovative Family Business

The Programme

This exciting programme provides support for those who are leading and managing innovative family businesses. It will address the very real issues the facing family business in order to support and drive it forward through innovative approaches to leadership and management.

Delegates will take away a good understanding of how management and leadership innovation can be used to have a real impact on and in the family business. An action plan will be tailored to each business to ensure applicability and relevance for each delegate’s family business.

The programme is made up of a series of three workshops and delegates must complete the full programme. Further support will be made available in between the workshops through a series of action learning sets should delegates wish to utilise this resource.
