Time: 10:00-11:00

Location: Presentation Suite, Daresbury Innovation Centre

Presenter: Dr Frank Cave, of IEED at Lancaster University Management School

Thinking of seeking external funding but not sure whether to go fir it? Then this taster workshop may help you decide.

"Are external equity investors really good for you - it is as simple as 10% of the pie or 100% of nothing?"

Dr Frank Cave, of IEED at Lancaster University Management School, will give you some pointers to consider based on recent research into the funding patterns of UK technology-based start-up firms.

At the Innovation for Growth taster event, Lancaster University Management School will provide you more information about its business support programme, Innovation for Growth, about the current workshops and how to participate.  The taster session will give you further insights into what the support can look like.
