Innovation Technology Access Centre Launch

Professor Keith Mason, Chief Executive of the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC), cordially invites you to the official launch of the Innovations Technology Access Centre (I-TAC) at the Daresbury Science and Innovation Campus (Daresbury SIC) on Thursday 4th February at 5pm.

I-TAC is a unique suite of laboratories ideal for start-up businesses and SMEs and provides:
• The ideal research environment to gain the competitive edge;
• Flexible and affordable laboratories, kitted out with £3 million of state-of-the-art equipment for biology, imaging, materials and physical science;
• Access tailored to your needs – ‘lock and leave’ long term laboratory space or ‘hotlabbing’ you can rent by the hour, day or week;
• Support to develop your product along with the critical mass of expertise and business innovation opportunities provided by the Daresbury SIC and its wider science and innovation network.
At the launch event you will get the chance to tour I-TAC, meet the STFC Innovations team and some of our tenant companies including, antimicrobial technology company, Byotrol, over refreshments.
