Incident Investigation and Human Factors Course

This training course will equip delegates with a toolkit to enable them to carry out incident investigations using real case studies from the process industries. Whilst Human Error is something that is inevitable it is not something beyond our control. Systems can be put in place to minimise its impact - and make its occurrence less likely.
