A fully funded two day programme to assist SMEs in developing and growing their business using a task-oriented workbook.
A fast moving interactive couple of days using case studies, a variety of exercises and peer-to-peer discussions to enable the completion of a development plan that forms the basis of a more rigorous business plan.
Priority will be given to following sectors: Advanced Engineering, Energy, Food & Biomedical.
