Boiler Operative National Qualification - BOAS Training and Assessment Programme

March 12^th – 16^th  2012 - Chris Newton Steam Services, Llangollen Training Centre

The BOAS programme is for operators and managers of industrial steam and hot water boilers, it is recommended by the H.S.E. for those wishing to achieve the national industry standard.

Two qualifications are available:

• Certified Industrial Boiler Operator (Cert IBO)
• Diploma in Boiler plant Operation Management (Dip BOM)

Both qualifications form part of the Boiler Operation Accredited  Scheme (BOAS) recognised by Health & Safety Executive, the UK Insurance Industry (SAfed) and industry members through the Combustion Engineering Association (CEA).
