'Importing and Exporting 'The Future Developments'
28th October 2011, Manchester
Spreading the risk, access to new markets and improved profit margins are just some of the potential benefits to be gained from trading internationally. Whether you are thinking of doing business overseas or are already experienced in international trade, you need to be aware of Customs requirements and to keep abreast of changes coming into force affecting the exporting/importing of goods.
The Enterprise Europe Network North West team and UKTI North West, in partnership with HM Revenue & Customs are hosting this seminar to help businesses to understand Customs requirements relating to International Trade outside of the European Union (EU), with brief coverage of intra European movements. The morning session (10am until 12pm) will be focussed on non-EU exports. The afternoon session (1.00pm until 3.30pm) will be focussed on importing goods from outside the EU. A light networking buffet lunch will be provided. Delegates are welcome to take part in both the morning and afternoon sessions but should please note there will be an amount of duplication as there are similarities.
