RHI (Renewable Heat Incentive) Seminars

The events are at Sheffield on 29th June & Carlisle on 1st July.

The Government recently announced plans for a Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) which will be based on a fixed payment per unit of heat generated for a guaranteed period of time.

Here at the Chemical Industries Association and Chemicals North West we have worked with the Carbon Trust to organise two free seminars on the RHI.  These seminars will have a particular focus on the issues that our members have told us interest the chemical sector, namely financial and operational issues relating to Biomass heat, and the financial details of the RHI payments.

If you’re looking to find out more about the Renewable Heat Incentive and especially about how biomass heat might help you reduce your carbon and energy costs, then these seminars are for you.

Places are limited so please book early if you are interested. I hope they will prove useful to you.
