This special event has been organised to present the findings the US Chemical Safety Board two day public hearing, July 23-24th on Safety Performance Indicators and the Findings of the Investigation into Macondo Deepwater Horizon well blow out.
Process Safety Management Project Board member, and attendee at the CSB public hearing event Ian Travers, HSE will report on the progress of adoption of API (RP) 754 ‘Process Safety Performance Indicators for the Refining & Petrochemical Industries’ and provide feedback on the CSB’s investigation of Macondo, Deepwater Horizon Blowout.
Special guest, Steve Arendt, Vice President North America Process Industries, ABS Consulting will also provide an overview of current US Practice on Process Safety Performance Management and Safety Culture.
