|Details:||Chemicals Northwest, in conjunction with the Centre of Excellence inBiocatalysis, Biotransformations and Biocatalytic manufacture (CoEBio3) is running an awareness session about industrial biotechnology. A number of companies are switching to using biotechnology for the longterm sustainability of their business. It is an opportunity to make a step change in process improvement or new product development. Industrial biotechnology is receiving a lot of Government support and therefore funding is available to allow companies to test the feasibility and develop the processes involved in this change. Who should attend? Scientists, technologists and business development managers in the food, chemical, plastics, polymer, flavour & fragrance, cosmetics and materials processing industries. There will be an opportunity for a short tour of the CoEBio3 laboratories after the seminar.|
